Financial Consultant – Personal Financial Planning, Career Changer Entry with IHK Certification

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Phase 1: Training & IHK Certification

• Comprehensive onboarding: From the very first day, you will receive hands-on training in financial products, advisory techniques, and sales processes.

• IHK exam preparation: Alongside seasoned mentors, you will master all the material needed for examinations under §34d, §34i, or §34f of the German Trade Regulation (GewO).

• Personal coaching: Frequent feedback sessions will assist you in leveraging your strengths and establishing clear paths for development.

• Supervised advisory practice: During your training, you will have the chance to accompany or lead initial client meetings under supervision.

• Phase 2: Your role as a Financial Consultant

• Comprehensive advisory services: You will assess clients’ financial situations and create customized plans for retirement, insurance, and wealth accumulation.

• Building and expanding your client portfolio: Through marketing initiatives and proactive outreach, you will cultivate your own network.

• Independent scheduling and organization: You will control your appointments and enjoy the flexibility of working from the office, home, or client locations.

• Ongoing professional development: Continuous technical training, seminars, and digital learning formats will keep you current.
