Financial Collections Analyst – Junior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Execute collection and blacklisting procedures through SCPC, which includes adding, monitoring, and removing records in line with company guidelines.

• Oversee the progress of collections by tracking agreements, deadlines, payments received, and outstanding balances.

• Supervise credit recovery, evaluating recovery rates, portfolio aging, and the efficiency of collection efforts.

• Examine fluctuations in merchants' balances to identify discrepancies, notable deviations, or unusual activities.

• Detect and report warning signs and trends of default risk, suggesting preventive or corrective measures.

• Assist the finance team by providing reports on delinquency, aging, recovery, and risk, ensuring data accuracy for informed decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing or having completed a degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related disciplines.

• Initial experience in collections, accounts receivable, finance, or credit is preferred.

• Interest in engaging with delinquency analysis, credit recovery, and risk management.

• Proficiency in Excel at an intermediate to advanced level.

• An analytical, organized, and detail-oriented mindset.

• Strong capability to monitor processes and meet deadlines, demonstrating a responsible attitude.

• Effective communication skills for collaboration with internal teams.

• A proactive approach, with a desire to learn and advance in the finance sector.

• Additional assets include:

• Basic knowledge of credit bureaus (SCPC, Serasa, or similar).

• Proficiency in English at an intermediate or advanced level.
