Financial Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.

📋 Description

• Provide strategic coaching in key areas, including cash flow management and budgeting, through both text and video consultations.

• Evaluate clients’ financial situations and create personalized financial plans that cater to their specific needs and objectives.

• Assist clients in making knowledgeable and secure financial decisions that support their immediate needs and long-term goals.

• Support clients in managing their resources effectively to fulfill daily responsibilities as well as significant goals, such as saving for retirement or buying a home.

• Stay updated with financial trends, market fluctuations, and budgeting techniques to deliver the most applicable coaching to clients.

• Track and modify financial plans as necessary, ensuring clients remain on course and can adapt to any life changes or alterations in financial objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience: Demonstrated experience as a Finance Coach or a similar position with a proven record of achieving positive client outcomes.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.

• Skills: Strong analytical skills for interpreting financial data and providing sound, data-driven coaching.

• Communication: Proficient in English and the local language, with exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Attention to Detail: High accuracy, keen attention to detail, and the capability to simplify complex financial concepts for clients.

• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in database systems and strong computer skills.
