This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Focuses primarily on education, guidance, and wellness discussions to assist individuals in selecting suitable financial planning and investment options.

• Engages with participants enrolled in managed account offerings during peak periods.

• Utilizes online planning tools and conversation guides to improve discussions and enhance overall experiences.

• Offers direct advice using Empower’s proprietary financial planning resources and aids customers in implementing solutions that serve their best interests.

• Primarily oversees inbound queues and appointments to ensure adherence to critical service timeframes and enhance customer experiences.

• Comfortable making outbound calls as necessary.

• Follows compliance and risk procedures, demonstrating meticulous attention to policies by prioritizing the participant’s best interests.

• Recognizes, executes, and follows up on opportunities to secure additional client assets while conducting client retirement planning discussions.

• Identifies trends and formulates proactive solutions to enhance service quality and increase assets under management.

• Meets monthly performance targets and implements coaching strategies to achieve objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education and relevant professional experience.

• FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63 and 65) registrations are required within company-established timelines.

• FINRA fingerprinting is mandatory.

• Proven success in performance-driven roles or equivalent experience.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and effectively handle stressful situations and customer interactions consistently.

• Consultative skills to comprehend needs and provide customer-centric solutions.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office software and capable of learning new technology systems.

• A suitable home workspace to concentrate on work and participate in video meetings.

• Prior experience in inbound and outbound phone roles.
