This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Cyprus.
• Take ownership of the budget, forecasting, and financial planning processes for designated business units.
• Develop and sustain financial models to support commercial decisions, investment analyses, and scenario evaluations.
• Serve as the main finance partner for the Marketing, Product, Growth, and Commercial teams.
• Perform monthly performance assessments with variance analysis and provide actionable recommendations.
• Assess the return on investment (ROI) for campaigns, product investments, and strategic initiatives.
• Proactively identify financial risks and opportunities before they are reflected in reporting.
• Deliver financial insights to leadership in a concise, decision-ready format.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in FP&A or a financial business partnering capacity.
• Demonstrated history of collaborating with non-finance teams and effectively influencing decisions rather than merely supporting them.
• Proficient in financial modeling and possess advanced Excel skills.
• Experience in independently managing a budget or forecast from start to finish.
• Capable of translating complex financial concepts into straightforward language for non-financial audiences.
• Confident in presenting to senior management and C-suite executives.
• Possess a commercial curiosity; you stay informed about the business landscape, not just the numbers.
• Familiarity with online, digital, SaaS, e-commerce, or marketplace environments.
• Understanding of digital metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, MRR, and churn.
• Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or Superset.
• Basic knowledge of Python or other data analysis tools.
