This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Daily access the internal platform to receive financial documents.
• Verify invoices, boletos (payment slips), and payment authorizations, ensuring compliance with information (amounts, due dates, and approvals).
• Enter documents into the internal financial system.
• Ensure that entries are made within set deadlines to facilitate proper cash flow scheduling.
• Assist the internal Financial BPO team in organizing and managing requests.
• Prior experience in daily financial operations.
• Experience in verifying invoices and boletos (payment slips).
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Commitment to meeting deadlines and ensuring the accuracy of information.
• Possess a personal computer and have a suitable remote work setup (stable internet connection and an organized workspace).
• Must reside in Blumenau or the nearby area.
• Previous experience in Financial BPO is a plus.
• Familiarity with companies in construction, real estate development (incorporation), or hospitality is an advantage.
• Knowledge of financial systems and ERPs is beneficial.
• An analytical mindset with a curiosity to understand processes beyond just operational execution is preferred.
