This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Review, analyze, and structure bank statements to extract pertinent financial data.
• Accurately gather and document information such as deposits, expenditures, and cash flow for funding evaluation.
• Ensure all financial records are thorough, precise, and devoid of inconsistencies.
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, or chat to assist them through the funding procedure.
• Help clients compile necessary documentation, including bank statements, identification, and other essential paperwork.
• Respond to client inquiries and concerns, offering clear and straightforward explanations of the funding process.
• Follow up with clients to guarantee that all information is submitted in a timely and accurate manner.
• Keep detailed records of client communications, funding advancements, and received documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the funding process and address any issues that may emerge.
• Update and maintain client information in CRM software to ensure precise data tracking.
• Prior experience as a Bookkeeper or in a financial services position is essential.
• Strong comprehension of bank statements and financial documents.
• Exceptional communication abilities, both verbal and written.
• Highly organized, capable of handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and CRM software.
• Keen attention to detail and the capacity to work autonomously.
• Customer service experience is advantageous.
