Financial Analyst, Reporting Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Construct and sustain sophisticated financial models to assist in decision-making for our clients.

• Create and improve KPI dashboards along with other tools for performance tracking.

• Streamline manual tasks in Excel, Power Query, and various platforms to enhance productivity.

• Perform comprehensive financial analysis and reporting, ensuring precision and clarity.

• Offer support with FP&A activities, which include budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

• Work collaboratively with the team to refine financial workflows and enhance reporting frameworks.

• Provide assistance with bookkeeping responsibilities, as required, and pinpoint automation opportunities.

• Proven capability to manage multiple projects and clients concurrently.

• Effectively communicate insights and recommendations to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Ensure that all deliverables adhere to the highest levels of accuracy and punctuality.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; CPA or CFA certification is an advantage.

• A solid accounting background with a minimum of 5 years of experience in FP&A or a comparable role.

• Advanced skills in financial modeling.

• Proficiency in Excel, Power Query, and tools such as ChatGPT for automation and analysis.
