Financial Analyst, Performance Partnership

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate and reconstruct customer financial statements associated with service units and resources to pinpoint opportunities during the assessment phase.

• Deliver monthly and quarterly reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), highlighting significant variances and linking program interventions to performance enhancements.

• Maintain and improve benchmarking capabilities related to KPIs while identifying relevant peer groups.

• Support clients in creating financial pro formas to substantiate capital and resource investments aimed at fostering growth and/or enhancing cost efficiency.

• Develop and assist with internal activity-based costing to effectively manage resource allocation and monitor performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field with over 7 years of experience in healthcare finance.

• Previous experience in coordinating annual budgets and reporting on variances.

• Proficiency in summarizing complex data sets and conveying actionable insights.

• Proven track record in continuous improvement and the implementation of KPIs.

• Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time.

• Must possess a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
