Financial Analyst – Music Catalog Valuation, Investment Analysis

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Assess revenue channels within music catalogs (streaming, publishing, masters, sync, etc.)

• Develop and sustain financial models to project earnings and valuation scenarios

• Analyze performance trends across catalogs and various revenue streams

• Assist in valuation assessments and financial forecasting

• Create financial materials for catalog transactions

• Aid in investor presentations and summaries of transactions

• Organize financial information for due diligence processes

• Examine and evaluate transaction terms and financial proposals

• Integrate financial data from diverse sources and entities

• Generate reports and summaries to support internal decision-making

• Facilitate the development of dashboards and structured analyses

• Maintain accuracy and consistency in financial reporting

• Analyze royalty statements and financial reports

• Set up data rooms for ongoing and future transactions

• Monitor historical performance and revenue metrics

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline

• Over 2 years of experience in financial analysis, consulting, investment analysis, or corporate finance

• Proficient in financial modeling and Excel

• Background in analyzing financial statements and revenue forecasts

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
