Financial Analyst, Mid-level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist leaders with daily operations, ensuring adherence to municipal and state tax regulations as per current laws.

• Communicate with tax authorities regarding inquiries, resolution of outstanding issues, and interpret legislation to provide guidance to the team.

• Offer technical assistance to internal departments, support audits and inspections by providing necessary documentation and information, and suggest process enhancements in collaboration with IT.

• Keep abreast of legal updates, train new staff, organize digital files, and undertake related responsibilities as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth understanding of municipal, state, and federal tax laws.

• Knowledge of tax department procedures.

• Fundamental accounting skills.

• Familiarity with software: Mastersaf, GB, Opera, OnBase, Sênior.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office at an intermediate level.

• Basic proficiency in English.

• Minimum educational requirement: Completion of a technical course.
