Financial Analyst – Maternity Cover

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Generate monthly reports for the designated Service Unit

• Assess operational and financial metrics within assigned Service Units

• Collaborate with business and delivery teams

• Assist in the budgeting process

• Work in close coordination with the Accounting department to ensure precise reporting

• Lead initiatives for process enhancement

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in Controlling/Finance

• Familiarity with project controlling and long-term contract financial management

• Proficient in English (minimum B2 level)

• Advanced skills in Excel

• Adaptability in a dynamic environment

• Willingness to learn

• Experience with Power BI is a plus
