Financial Analyst – Maternity Cover

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Generate monthly reports for the designated Service Unit.

• Evaluate operational and financial data within the assigned Service Units.

• Collaborate with business and delivery teams.

• Assist in the budgeting process.

• Work in close partnership with the Accounting department to guarantee precision in reporting.

• Lead initiatives aimed at process improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

• 2 to 3 years of substantial experience in Controlling/Finance.

• Proficient in project controlling and long-term contract financial management.

• Strong command of English (minimum B2 level).

• Advanced skills in Excel.

• Adaptability in a fast-paced setting.

• Willingness to learn.

• Experience with Power BI is a plus.
