This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the daily operations related to raising and structuring purchase orders, ensuring that all multi-element and complex deal structures for large client programs are accurately documented.
• Conduct thorough analysis of requested expenditures to confirm alignment with the available budget, facilitating a smooth flow of funding for revenue, COGS, headcount, and expenses.
• Track "committed vs. actual" spending by monitoring raised POs against departmental budget limits to avoid overspending.
• Prepare monthly forecasts, BOD reporting packages, and long-term strategies to anticipate future PO volume and funding needs.
• Identify and monitor relevant performance metrics, such as PO turnaround time and forecast accuracy, to enhance internal company performance.
• Take the initiative to review information and reporting systems to optimize the PO submission and approval process.
• Bachelor's degree (B.S/B.A) from an accredited four-year college or university and 5 to 8 years of related experience and/or training; or a suitable combination of education and experience.
• Build networks with senior internal and external personnel within one's area of expertise.
• Exhibits sound judgment in selecting methods and techniques for problem-solving.
• Familiarity with general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations.
• Proficient in writing reports, business correspondence, and procedural manuals.
• Capable of effectively presenting information and addressing questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
• Experienced in resolving practical issues and managing a variety of concrete variables in situations with limited standardization.
• Ability to interpret various types of instructions provided in written, oral, diagram, or schedule format.
• Knowledgeable in general ledger and accounting practices.
• Skilled in reviewing documents for accuracy and completeness.
