This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Manage daily operations for your designated areas within GTM Sales and Finance to foster functional excellence and drive top-line growth.
• Contribute to the annual planning process and quarterly forecasting, including variance analysis cycles.
• Collaborate with GTM Sales teams to ensure resource allocation aligns with budget and financial objectives; enhance forecast precision and responsibility.
• Become the expert on sales organization structures and reporting.
• Work alongside Revenue Operations to promote alignment and achieve outcomes within the Sales teams.
• Partner with GTM, Finance, and Business Intelligence to uncover insights that boost growth and enhance profitability; articulate findings in high-quality communications and assist in executing recommendations.
• Develop and refine models and frameworks, such as Bookings (product & services), Rep Productivity, and Commissions.
• Assist with ad-hoc analysis and presentations to inform our decision-making and support partner requirements.
• Supervise month-end closing processes and ensure the accuracy of financial reporting by collaborating with the Accounting team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience and proven advancement in Finance/FP&A roles.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or economics is preferred.
• Familiarity with SaaS subscription-based business models and relevant KPIs is advantageous.
• Experience with NetSuite is a plus.
• Proficiency in planning applications such as Planful, Adaptive Insights, or Anaplan is beneficial.
• Strong grasp of financial modeling and analysis, with expertise in financial statements, cash flow analysis, and reporting.
• Ability to create visual representations of financial/statistical data and narrate the financial story effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for facilitating discussions with leadership.
• A genuine passion for data/BI and a deep curiosity for utilizing systems to enhance efficiency.
