Financial Account Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming and outgoing calls from clients requesting pre-settlement funding.

• Accurately collect case information, including details of the accident, attorney information, case status, and insurance data.

• Evaluate case eligibility and direct it to the appropriate funding team for assessment.

• Collaborate with attorneys and law firms to obtain necessary documentation.

• Maintain thorough and precise records of all client interactions and case updates.

• Consistently follow up to ensure cases progress smoothly through the pipeline without delays.

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and data privacy standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center, legal, financial, or intake-related position (Required).

• Knowledge of pre-settlement funding, personal injury, or legal funding processes is highly advantageous.

• A warm and professional communicator who approaches sensitive discussions with care and confidence.

• Detail-oriented and meticulous, understanding that small details can significantly impact this industry.

• Capable of managing multiple cases at once without losing track.

• Discreet and reliable when handling sensitive client and legal information.
