Financial Analyst, FP&A Analyst – Lithium Extraction Technology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Development and administration of Vena reports.

• Oversee and manage Vena to ensure data precision and prompt updates of financial reports.

• Create and improve Vena reports to adapt to the changing requirements of the organization.

• Diagnose and resolve any technical challenges associated with the use of the Vena system.

• Power BI Dashboard Creation

• Design, develop, and oversee Power BI dashboards that deliver essential insights to internal stakeholders.

• Continuously enhance dashboard features to improve reporting effectiveness.

• Excel Report Consolidation and Automation

• Construct and maintain intricate Excel models for financial consolidation, ensuring data accuracy.

• Automate regular reports utilizing advanced Excel techniques (macros, pivot tables, formulas) to optimize processes.

• PowerPoint Presentation Updates

• Revise and enhance PowerPoint presentations utilized for board meetings, executive reviews, and internal reporting.

• Collaborate with the FP&A team to design visually appealing slides that clearly communicate financial insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.

• At least 2 years of experience in financial analysis, ideally within an FP&A setting.

• Practical experience with Vena for financial reporting and administration.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and automation) and PowerPoint.

• Familiarity with Power BI for data visualization and dashboard development.

• Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).

• Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in all tasks.

• Previous experience in an offshore role supporting a global team.

• Understanding of financial systems and data integration processes.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to work autonomously with minimal oversight.
