Financial Analyst – CDB Strategy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist in the development and expansion of our **CDB funding book** from inception.

• Engage with **Investment Platforms**.

• Monitor market trends to pinpoint the **optimal timing** and **strategies for CDB issuance**.

• Analyze competitors and evaluate rates, volumes, and strategies within the market.

• Create and sustain reports and controls utilizing **Excel and SQL**.

• Examine data to facilitate decision-making on pricing, funding, and allocation.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design and enhance financial products.

• Leverage **AI tools** to improve analysis, productivity, and insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• Approximately 1+ year of experience in **financial markets, ideally with CDB or fixed income products**.

• Background in **banks, brokerages, or financial institutions** handling similar instruments.

• Strong analytical abilities and comfort with data.

• Working knowledge of **SQL**.

• Proficiency in **Excel for controls, analysis, and reporting**.

• Understanding of **CDB operations**, including market dynamics and funding strategies.

• **High agency**: capability to take initiative and propel projects forward independently.

• Flexibility and ease in navigating a rapidly changing environment.

• Enthusiasm for **integrating AI into your daily tasks**.

• Experience employing **AI tools for analysis or automation**.
