Financial Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Responsible for planning and forecasting activities.

• Create and sustain financial models and recurring reports with accuracy and timeliness.

• Aid in the forecasting and budgeting process by providing organized and precise schedules.

• Perform variance and trend analysis to gain insights into the fundamental business drivers.

• Collect and verify data while managing inputs to ensure analyses align with source systems.

• Design dashboards and reporting workflows while identifying chances to minimize manual work.

• Gain a deep understanding of the operational drivers, KPIs, and financial aspects of home care.

• Clearly communicate findings and promptly escalate issues when necessary.

• Utilize approved AI tools and automation methods to enhance reporting efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) in finance, accounting, economics, or a related discipline.

• One to three years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or analytics.

• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Familiarity with multi-site services or healthcare businesses is preferred.

• Experience with Planful, Workday Adaptive Planning, Power BI, or similar EPM or BI platforms is preferred.

• Experience using AI-driven productivity, reporting, or analytical tools is preferred.
