Financial Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with leadership to conduct monthly and quarterly forecasting, annual planning, and long-term strategic planning.

• Offer support in financial matters such as headcount planning, reporting, cost management, and analysis.

• Monitor and assess expenditures across payroll, contractors, infrastructure, software, travel and expenses, and all other non-payroll costs.

• Generate monthly variance analyses and reports for leadership and executive stakeholders, identifying the key factors driving the variances.

• Work alongside various departments (Accounting, Procurement, IT, Marketing, etc.) to guarantee data accuracy, completeness, and alignment with overarching company objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or accounting.

• Proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables and basic modeling) and PowerPoint.

• Knowledge of financial systems (e.g., NetSuite or comparable ERP).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Prior experience in a SaaS environment.

• Capability to work collaboratively across functions and communicate effectively with non-finance stakeholders.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

• Exceptional planning and organizational abilities, with the capacity to define clear objectives, prioritize tasks, plan activities, and manage time efficiently.
