This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.
• Oversee and nurture relationships with both new and existing investors and lenders.
• Create and sustain comprehensive financial and operational models that aid in strategic planning, forecasting, and resource distribution.
• Monitor and assess operational expenses, key financial indicators, and strategic objectives, providing in-depth analysis and commentary on performance relative to plans.
• Address operational requirements for current funding agreements, including cash management and the allocation of originations to various facilities.
• Generate regular reports and supervise facilities, including developing automation requirements to enhance efficiency and mitigate operational and forecast financial risks.
• Evaluate and manage the distribution of assets across several funding channels to maximize funding efficiency and ensure liquidity availability.
• Assist in short-term liquidity forecasting and monitoring to guarantee sufficient funding across funding facilities and corporate treasury accounts.
• Aid treasury operations, encompassing liquidity management, cash positioning, and coordination of fund transfers between corporate accounts, funding facilities, and partner payment flows.
• Oversee and verify funding data pipelines, including funding tapes, facility eligibility datasets, and reconciliation of asset-level data utilized in reporting and borrowing base calculations.
• Collaborate with teams in Product, Underwriting/Risk, Finance, Engineering, and Legal to enhance and maintain funding program design, data pipelines, and operational workflows that support capital markets and FP&A processes.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in investment banking or fixed income sales/trading/structuring (or similar), preferably within structured finance or securitization teams.
• Proven ability to operate in an autonomous, fast-paced setting with a history of managing competing priorities and consistently meeting deadlines.
• Demonstrated excellence in reporting production.
• Consistent track record showcasing attention to detail, quick comprehension of new concepts, and a strong sense of ownership over your work.
• Innovative and regular application of AI tools to enhance the Finance discipline.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proficient in Excel and AI tools.
• Commercial mindset regarding the structuring, marketing, and sales of financial products.
• Solid understanding of financial concepts and accounting principles.
• Familiarity with Looker, SQL, or similar tools is advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and prioritization capabilities.
• Ability to leverage financial data to guide decision-making.
