Financial Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Assist in forecasting, margin and pricing analysis, as well as the preparation of management reporting packages.

• Create and sustain weekly and monthly KPI and cost reporting, including freight, warehousing, pick/pack, and service metrics.

• Conduct reconciliations of logistics invoices against rates, contracts, volumes, and forecasts.

• Detect cost leaks, trends, and risks early, providing clear recommendations based on findings.

• Enhance reporting tools and models (Excel/Power BI) along with improving data quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2-3 years of experience as an analyst in commercial finance, operations, or supply chain cost environments.

• Proficient in Excel (especially Power Query/Power BI) and experienced with large datasets.

• Detail-oriented, commercially aware, and adept at pursuing answers across various teams.

• ERP experience is preferred, with NetSuite being advantageous.

• Familiarity with inventory management systems, particularly Netstock.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
