Financial Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Operational support for the FP&A team:

• Assisting in the collection and processing of data for the monthly/quarterly P&L/CF reports updated by the team.

• Updating expenses and revenues in dynamic reports (payment calendar).

• Monitoring payments and approvals (verifying requests from teams/departments, working with the ERP platform).

• Financial planning and analysis:

• Participating as an analyst in the preparation of budgets for products/projects/units.

• Verifying forecasts and actuals, identifying discrepancies, and explaining reasons.

• Collaborating with other departments (Product, Operations, Legal, HR, PR) to collect and consolidate data.

• Documentation management:

• Updating the financial document database.

• Assisting in preparation for audits, reviews, and internal compliance checks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience in analytics, finance, or related fields;

• Strong analytical skills and logical reasoning;

• Proficient in Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, logic);

• Understanding of management accounting principles, budgeting, and P&L;

• Attention to detail, responsibility, and ability to work with deadlines;

• Intermediate English (able to read contracts, English interfaces, manuals, and data sources).
