This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

• Responsible for overseeing the complete procurement to pay process, ensuring timely payments to suppliers, contractors, and customers.

• Support the SFA with weekly revenue and accounts receivable tasks as well as reporting.

• Manage the expense reimbursement process and associated tools, ensuring prompt payments and adherence to approval workflows.

• Prepare quarterly forecasts for product revenue and expenses.

• Conduct various account reconciliations.

• Handle an array of ad hoc responsibilities at the end of each month and quarter.

• Assist with special projects assigned by the CFO.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; pursuing CPA designation is a plus.

• Relevant work experience in operational finance, preferably within the software or telecommunications sector.

• Familiarity with Salesforce and Netsuite is advantageous.

• Solid understanding of IFRS.

• Commitment to the highest standards of accuracy and precision; exhibits strong organizational skills.

• Capable of executing projects that require individual initiative and adaptability under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
