This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Oversee the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes, interpreting, summarizing, and uploading this data into financial systems.
• Prepare relevant presentations to support business decisions, effectively communicating with management, finance leadership, and the corporate office.
• Conduct intricate financial analyses, including budgeting, trend analysis, forecasting, and financial modeling; develop and implement cost distribution methods while reviewing journal entries to align with business needs.
• Monitor compliance with the approved budget across divisions and departments to ensure adherence.
• Coordinate, compile, and present monthly variance analyses along with conclusions to management.
• Offer recommendations for financial planning as necessary to meet business objectives.
• Analyze the budget, monthly forecasts, and other financial data, preparing presentations with suggestions for senior management and the corporate office regarding financial matters.
• Propose changes to processes or procedures, including training documentation and presentations for other teams.
• Ensure that processes and procedures are well-documented and regularly reviewed or updated.
• Provide guidance on process enhancements and recommend adjustments in line with the business tactics and strategy for the designated area.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of five years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
• Proficiency in accounting principles and experience with accounting software and databases.
• Familiarity with financial analysis techniques.
• Extensive experience with MS Excel, SAP, or various accounting tools is required.
• Experience with Anaplan and/or Power BI is considered an asset.
• Strong communication skills.
