This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to assist with monthly closing, forecasting, and annual planning activities.

• Develop and refine driver-based financial models related to bookings, revenue, headcount, and expenditures.

• Examine variances (Actual vs. Forecast) and provide clear, actionable insights regarding trends, risks, and opportunities.

• Create and monitor KPIs associated with key business drivers, enhancing visibility into performance.

• Facilitate revenue, utilization, and churn analyses to enrich business understanding.

• Prepare executive-level reporting and presentations for finance leadership.

• Identify and execute process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance FP&A capabilities.

• Work collaboratively across functions to bolster data integrity, reporting accuracy, and decision support.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• Over 1 year of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a comparable role.

• Proficient in Excel; familiarity with financial systems (NetSuite, planning tools) is preferred.

• Capability to link details to the larger context and convey insights effectively.

• Analytical mindset focused on business drivers and performance enhancement.

• Self-motivated individual who excels in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Experience with driver-based planning or SaaS metrics (ARR, churn, NDR, etc.).

• Enthusiastic about automation, systems, and scalable finance processes.

• Strong skills in business partnership—you not only report numbers but also influence decisions.

• Commitment to continuous improvement (FBS / Lean principles are a plus).
