Financial Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Validate and ensure the precision of commission calculations produced by the ERP system.

• Examine commission calculations generated by the system that are associated with paid invoices, confirming they align with approved compensation plans.

• Conduct manual adjustment calculations as necessary to guarantee accurate commission disbursements.

• Collaborate with Finance, Sales Leadership, and Payroll teams to finalize monthly commission reports.

• Maintain documentation and controls that are ready for audit related to commission calculations and reporting.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in roles such as Financial Analyst, Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or Operations Analyst.

• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, lookups, and data analysis.

• Capability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
