Financial Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as a financial business partner to essential service line leaders, providing ongoing support in areas such as forecasting, budget analysis, operational KPIs, and ROI on initiatives.

• Collaborate with the broader finance team to enhance reporting efficiencies and effectiveness.

• The primary objective is to optimize reporting processes to facilitate strategic insights that drive business actions.

• Create executive-level presentation materials that encompass operations, revenue metrics, client analyses, and their financial impacts, along with long-term strategic plans.

• Assist in financial modeling and ad hoc analysis requests to support business strategy and enhance efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Expertise in financial modeling, reporting, and managing extensive data sets using Excel.

• Capability to comprehend complex business drivers, generate high-quality analytics, and effectively communicate results with actionable insights.

• Familiarity with financial software and ERP systems, as well as data visualization/report management tools.

• Knowledge of Vena is advantageous, though not mandatory.

• A strong enthusiasm for data and the insights it can provide.

• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills.

• A high degree of curiosity and a willingness to acquire new skills.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.

• Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail regarding data.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.

• At least 3-5 years of experience in financial and/or operational analysis, preferably within the healthcare sector and/or a high-growth private equity-backed company.
