• Act as the primary trusted advisor for approximately 120 high-net-worth client households.
• Provide clear and prioritized financial advice, guiding all client-facing interactions.
• Ensure that every client feels informed, supported, and confident about their financial journey.
• Analyze and enhance planning outputs produced by the firm’s structured planning system.
• Offer prioritized, actionable financial advice across a variety of financial areas.
• Convey complex strategies in a manner that is straightforward and meaningful to each client.
• Work closely with the Financial Planning Associate and Investment Operations Associate.
• Take responsibility for the overall client experience.
• Engage in firm initiatives, process enhancements, and team development as necessary.
• Active Series 65/66 or an equivalent advisory license.
• A minimum of 3 years of client-facing experience in financial planning and advisory services.
• All licenses and designations must be current and in good standing.
• Strong technical expertise in investments, tax-aware planning, retirement, risk management, and estate fundamentals.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships independently and confidently.
• CFP® designation (or actively pursuing) is preferred.
• Experience in a team-based or pod advisory model is preferred.
• Familiarity with structured financial planning systems and client engagement processes is preferred.
• A history of strong client retention and satisfaction is preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• High emotional intelligence and a genuine concern for client well-being.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a large, active client portfolio.
• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a focus on follow-through.
• A collaborative team player who functions effectively within a structured pod model.
• Discretion and professionalism in managing sensitive financial and personal client matters.
• Comfortable working in a high-accountability, results-oriented environment.
