This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Provide impactful advice and make a significant difference
• Co-manage client relationships to ensure a high-quality and consistent client experience
• Prepare for, engage in, and assist in leading client meetings
• Act as a primary contact for routine client inquiries and follow-ups
• Oversee financial planning processes from initiation to completion in collaboration with the Planning Team
• Record client interactions and guarantee timely execution of all follow-up tasks
• Assist senior advisors with new client prospects and meetings
• Develop your own network through referrals, Centers of Influence (COIs), and existing relationships
• Contribute to revenue growth by expanding existing client relationships and establishing new ones
• Work collaboratively with advisory, planning, and investment teams
• Utilize AI tools and technology to improve efficiency and gain client insights
• Maintain strong organizational skills, follow-through, and adherence to Savant processes
• All applicants for the Financial Advisor position must possess a clean U4 with no disclosures
• 2–5 years of experience in wealth management or providing advisory support
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (MBA is preferred)
• CFP® certification preferred or to be obtained within two years
• Strong client service orientation with exceptional communication skills
• Capability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail
• Experience with financial planning software and Microsoft Office
• Proven ability to support or manage client relationships
