Financial Accounting Assistant – Banking Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Deliver outstanding customer service to our clients;

• Offer consultative, solution-focused assistance to clients, addressing inquiries and mediating issues with partners and suppliers;

• Import credit operations into the system and oversee the sale of these assets to related funds;

• Assist in managing the Balance Sheet and Income Statement (DRE), ensuring the figures accurately reflect the strategic reality of the business;

• Carry out accounts payable and receivable tasks, financial reconciliations, and administrative duties with accuracy and meticulous attention to detail;

• Generate monthly and ad-hoc reports based on data from the bancarization area and client information;

• As our organization is continuously evolving, we anticipate you will quickly adapt to new situations and contribute to enhancing our internal processes by suggesting efficiency improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Location: preference for candidates residing in Curitiba and nearby areas.

• Education: currently pursuing or holding a degree in Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.

• Experience: previous experience with accounting and financial operations, along with familiarity with Income Statements (DRE) and Balance Sheets.

• Tools: proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (essential), Google Drive, and collaborative tools such as Notion.

• Organization and Adaptability: bancarization is inherently process-oriented. We are looking for someone who appreciates routine and the consistency of daily tasks, executing them with excellence. It is crucial to have a desire for learning to grasp the “why” behind each process and recognize opportunities for improvement, while remaining adaptable to changing circumstances as required.
