Financial Accountant – Manager, CIS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kazakhstan.

📋 Description

• Execute all postings in the group's internal accounting system, Netsuite (Oracle), for the CIS region.

• Submit month-end closing reporting packages in Netsuite for the CIS region, adhering to the Group’s deadlines.

• Guarantee timely and precise submission of Regulatory Reports for the CIS region.

• Ensure compliance and timely submission of all tax reports for the CIS region.

• Maintain accurate record keeping in the 1C system and conduct reconciliation with Netsuite for Kazakhstan.

• Ensure compliance with IFRS, internal policies, and local legislation.

• Collaborate with consultants, regulators, banks, and auditors.

• Actively participate in assigned projects.

• Contribute to planning and budgeting processes.

• Conduct financial and decision support analyses.

• Ensure the proper reconciliation of all accounts in the region.

• Properly and neatly archive all documents.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with a major in Business Administration or Economics.

• Proficiency in Russian and English is required.

• A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, preferably in the crypto or financial sector.

• Experience with Big4 or other accounting firms, along with an Accounting degree such as DipIFR, ACCA, or CPA, is advantageous.

• Extensive knowledge of IFRS and the Tax Code.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel.

• Solid understanding of the 1C system and a willingness to learn Oracle.

• A team player with exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and a questioning mindset, capable of presenting information effectively.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with key partners.

• Proven ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects.
