This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Respond to incoming calls to collect and input essential information regarding the client's potential claim.
• Gather comprehensive details concerning Plaintiff information, Attorney information, case types, previous litigation fundings, injuries/damages, liability, and insurance coverage to assess the validity of potential claims.
• Input all gathered information into the case management system and generate leads.
• Assign all generated leads to the Account Executives.
• Ensure a top-notch caller experience for clients.
• Carry out additional tasks as directed by Management.
• Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative.
• Experience in a Business Process Outsource (BPO) environment and availability to start immediately.
• Strong proficiency in computer skills (Excel/Word/PowerPoint) and internet usage.
• Willingness to work on flexible schedules.
• Attention to detail is essential.
• Meet the typing requirement of 40 words per minute.
• Strong time management abilities.
• Adaptability and accountability are crucial.
• Exceptional customer service skills, active listening, along with verbal and written communication skills, and a professional phone demeanor.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent data entry and typing capabilities.
