Finance Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Manage the processing of new vendor registration requests within the system.

• Enter all required information for new vendors to secure necessary approvals.

• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of vendor information.

• Set up new wire templates on the company's banking platforms.

• Confirm that templates are correctly configured for upcoming transactions.

• Generate Wire Journals upon receiving details for Other Payable Journal Entries (JEs).

• Verify the absence of duplicate payments by reviewing the ERP system.

• Accurately record data and adjust other payable journals accordingly.

• Use the Finance team's Excel template to prepare Cash Outgoing Summaries.

• Create Wire Initiates based on the prepared Cash Outgoing Summary.

• Adjust other payable journals utilizing daily bank statements.

• Compile the daily cash report using the company’s Cash Report Excel template.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• 1-3 years of experience in a finance position, ideally within a BPO or shared services setting.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with strong Excel capabilities.

• Excellent numerical and analytical skills, demonstrating the ability to work accurately with financial data.

• Receptive to feedback and capable of applying coaching effectively in a dynamic environment.

• Outstanding communication skills.

• High attention to detail, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving goals.

• Proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven atmosphere.
