This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee the expenses submitted by team members for reimbursement and charges made on company-issued cards.
• Accurately post owner bills and partner commissions while managing related payments.
• Process vendor invoices, ensuring they are accurate and complete, and handle associated payments.
• Prepare precise guest statements during check-out and monthly statements for Property Management and DOMUS.
• Assist with monthly closing tasks, which include reconciliations, journal entries, and providing support for reporting.
• Facilitate finance-related onboarding processes for field team members.
• Maintain and update tracking files for field team agreements; review working hours and compile payroll data.
• Update and manage systems that contain Personally Identifiable Information (PII), ensuring secure documentation and adherence to compliance standards.
• Oversee inventory movements and guarantee that the inventory tracking system is accurate and current.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA certification is preferred, but not mandatory).
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in finance or accounting positions.
• Experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous.
• Familiarity with accounting software such as SAP, Xero, QuickBooks, or similar programs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Basic understanding of financial and billing processes.
