This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Take charge of daily finance and accounting tasks, ensuring our records are organized and month-end closures are completed on time.
• Execute transactions, create journal entries, and assist with reconciliations across all locations.
• Analyze and categorize transactions in Ramp and Rippling prior to their synchronization with QuickBooks Online.
• Handle vendor invoices, expense claims, and receipts, ensuring accurate GL, department, and location coding.
• Process customer payments and reconcile accounts receivable billing uploads.
• Oversee daily cash flow in operating accounts and report any unusual or ambiguous transactions for further review.
• Distribute costs among accounts, departments, and clinic locations.
• Ensure consistency within the general ledger and related subledgers.
• Proactively identify and address data discrepancies before the closing process.
• Prepare standard and recurring journal entries with all necessary supporting documentation.
• Conduct monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
• 1–3 years of general accounting experience, ideally in a dynamic or rapidly growing organization (experience in multi-entity or multi-location environments is a plus).
• Practical experience with QuickBooks Online or a similar accounting software.
• Familiarity with Ramp, Bill.com, or other AP/expense automation tools (preferred).
• Understanding of Rippling, Gusto, ADP, or comparable payroll systems (preferred).
• Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and basic modeling.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA track is advantageous.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
