This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the client's business challenges and proactively addressing their evolving requirements, while making a significant impact at the highest levels of the organization.
• Develop new accounts and/or expand existing ones by maintaining a revenue stream through the successful renewal of current business, as well as cross-selling and upselling new opportunities within a dedicated set of D&B solutions in an established client portfolio.
• Align Dun & Bradstreet’s solutions with client needs, ensuring a thorough comprehension of how our offerings can tackle specific business challenges, while showcasing subject matter expertise.
• Contribute to account-specific strategies by identifying client requirements through meetings with key influencers and stakeholders within the client organization.
• Exhibit product capabilities, address objections, and create a tailored buying vision for the customer.
• Establish credibility by merging use case expertise with industry experience to present compelling success stories that facilitate business outcomes for clients.
• Act as a liaison between customers and product development teams, communicating feedback and insights that can guide product enhancements and innovation.
• Maintain accurate and consistent data in SFDC to support territory management, account planning, and forecasting.
• Actively engage in Account Planning, Business Reviews, and Quarterly Solutions reviews as needed.
• A Bachelor's Degree (Required).
• At least eight (8) years of prior experience in selling new solutions and/or upselling existing solutions to clients, generating significant revenue growth, as evidenced by a successful track record in a similar environment.
• Ability to quickly evaluate client environments from a business process, organizational, and technological perspective, effectively prioritizing opportunities for growth.
• Proven ability to manage complex sales and multiple senior stakeholders.
• Highly articulate with exceptional business communication (verbal and written) skills and presentation abilities suitable for a global corporate setting.
• Proficient in industry-leading sales methodologies, salesforce.com, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, and MS-Word.
• Demonstrate an ownership mindset in all tasks; be a problem solver, curious, and inspired to take action, proactive in seeking ways to collaborate and connect with people and teams to drive success.
• Maintain a continuous growth mindset, learning through social experiences and relationships with stakeholders, experts, colleagues, and mentors, as well as expanding and broadening competencies through structured courses and programs.
• Expected to travel onsite to clients for business purposes at least 40% of the time.
