Finance Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage contractor invoices and payments across various currencies and countries.

• Assess, verify, and reconcile contractor payment information with client billing, payment systems, and internal documentation.

• Collaborate with payment providers to address any delays, discrepancies, or technical issues.

• Execute manual payment processing when automated workflows necessitate intervention.

• Assist in month-end closing activities by preparing contractor-related accruals and payment summaries.

• Work closely with Client Operations, Product, Finance Accounts Receivable, and Finance Reporting teams to ensure data precision and timely processing.

• Participate in process enhancement initiatives, focusing on the automation and optimization of financial workflows.

• Address internal inquiries from Client Services and Finance teams within agreed SLA timelines.

• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in finance operations, accounts payable, or payment processing within a multi-currency setting.

• Understanding of best practices in invoicing and payment processing.

• Familiarity with working in a global context with cross-border transactions.

• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail and accuracy in data management.

• Capability to work autonomously, handle multiple priorities, and meet stringent deadlines.

• Tech-savvy with experience in finance software and payment providers.

• A proactive attitude with a focus on process improvement and problem-solving.
