This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Ensure precise bookkeeping and maintain daily financial records.
• Oversee JPM transactions, track expenses, and manage departmental payroll distributions.
• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) by issuing invoices, tracking aging reports, recording payments, and following up on overdue accounts.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) by reviewing vendor invoices, verifying purchase orders, reconciling accounts, and overseeing cash flow.
• Process payroll on a weekly basis using Gusto, including commissions, bonuses, and employee updates.
• Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and Sales Orders (SOs) ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare professional proposals and quotations while tracking client approvals.
• Perform forecasting and financial analysis, generating ad hoc reports as needed.
• Identify and address financial and operational risk factors.
• Forecast cash flows to aid in strategic planning and liquidity management.
• Optimize systems and processes for enhanced efficiency and scalability.
• Assist with insurance submissions, reconciliations, and other operational reporting.
• A Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in bookkeeping, AR/AP, payroll, or financial operations.
• Proficiency in accounting software (such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar) and payroll systems (e.g., Gusto).
• Strong analytical abilities with experience in cash flow forecasting and risk management.
• A process-oriented approach with the capability to enhance workflows and systems.
• Exceptional communication skills for effective interactions with clients and vendors.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
