This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

• Act as the key liaison between consultants and the accounting team to facilitate smooth data flow and process synchronization.

• Carefully verify all invoices and booking data generated by consultants against internal systems, particularly Tourplan, to ensure data integrity.

• Supervise the accurate entry of validated invoices into the accounting system, ensuring that all records reflect real-time operational activity.

• Conduct thorough, high-volume reconciliations among supplier invoices, client files, and internal bookings to prevent financial discrepancies.

• Proactively identify, investigate, and rectify financial discrepancies by working directly with the consulting team.

• Assist the wider team in enhancing operational workflows to minimize manual errors and boost overall turnaround times.

• Keep secure, organized, and current electronic financial records in accordance with organizational standards.

• Completed Grade 12 / Matric with a solid background in Mathematics and Accounting.

• 2–3 years of demonstrated experience in a finance, administration, or reconciliation-focused role.

• Strong computer skills, particularly in Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel.

• Proven ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy while handling substantial workloads under pressure.

• Exceptionally organized with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fully remote environment.

• Professional and proactive verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration across departments.

• A relevant tertiary qualification in Finance, Business Administration, or a similar field (preferred).

• Prior experience in the travel or tourism industry (preferred).
