Finance Manager – Web2, Web3

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Supervise daily financial operations for various legal entities and jurisdictions, including both onshore and offshore entities.

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.

• Coordinate audit processes, compliance measures, and external accounting firms.

• Assist with treasury operations, encompassing multi-currency and crypto-fiat transactions.

• Manage vendor selection, relationships, and oversight across different jurisdictions.

• Handle payment-related tasks, including approvals, scheduling, and operational oversight.

• Monitor and enhance financial processes in both fiat and digital asset settings.

• Ensure precise reporting and reconciliation for traditional banking and cryptocurrency systems.

• Provide timely reports for management and stakeholders.

• Contribute to strategic financial planning and initiatives for operational scaling.

• Lead and mentor a small, distributed finance team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in both Web2 finance operations and Web3/crypto domains (both are essential).

• Familiarity with venture, trading, digital assets, or investment settings is advantageous.

• Strong understanding of IFRS and experience implementing international accounting standards across multi-entity frameworks.

• Demonstrated expertise in managing finance in international and multi-jurisdictional environments.

• Experience with offshore financial structures.

• Proficient in budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and financial controls.

• Knowledge of audit coordination, compliance, and regulatory obligations.

• Practical understanding of treasury management, multi-currency operations, and crypto-fiat processes.

• Capability to work autonomously in a remote-first environment.

• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.

• Comfortable functioning in a lean, fast-paced atmosphere.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.

• A professional finance qualification (like ACCA, CPA, CFA, CIMA, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
