Finance Manager – Management Accounting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Cyprus.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the annual budget and ongoing forecasts for all group entities.

• Facilitate monthly variance analyses with budget managers.

• Assess invoices and purchase agreements against sanctioned budgets.

• Track committed versus available budget in real time.

• Oversee the Finance segment of our ERP initiative.

• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts accompanied by analytical insights.

• Provide flexible support to the FM – Financial Reporting & Audit regarding statutory accounts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; a Master's degree or MBA is an advantage.

• Professional certification — ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CPA, either qualified or a finalist.

• A minimum of 5 years of finance experience, including at least 2 years in management accounting or FP&A.

• Practical ERP experience (Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar); implementation experience is highly desirable.

• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets; knowledge of Power BI or similar BI tools is a plus.

• Strong understanding of IFRS principles.
