Finance Manager – Home Improvement Dealer Advance and Progress Pay

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Take charge of and uphold the policies, procedures, and service-level agreements (SLAs) pertaining to the Dealer Advance and Progress Pay programs.

• Evaluate dealer financial statements to determine going-concern risks, focusing on liquidity, debt service capacity, covenant compliance, and negative financial trends.

• Collaborate with the Risk Management team to ensure consistency with risk appetite, dealer qualification criteria, and program regulations.

• Engage directly with potential dealers to comprehend their business models, operational capabilities, and requests for advance pay.

• Examine previous dealer fundings, job turnover, and utilization patterns to aid in establishing and continuously adjusting Progress Pay limits.

• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of 4–5 Dealer Advance and Progress Pay Analysts tasked with tracking advance pay aging and ensuring adherence to program requirements and contractual deadlines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of pertinent credit experience.

• A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent level of education and related training or experience.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet applications.

• Capable of employing problem-solving skills to identify and address customer and dealer-related challenges.

• Strong administrative expertise.

• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.

• Competent in accurately entering data.

• Capable of maintaining meticulous records and files.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in line with Service Finance standards.

• Exhibit a positive and professional demeanor.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work effectively.
