This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

• Lead a team of three Financial Analysts while fostering a culture of analytical excellence.

• Oversee, forecast, and enhance expenses across key SaaS business units, including COGS and OpEx.

• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual budget vs. actuals (BvA) variance analysis.

• Collaboratively act as the finance partner to various departments and assess Go-To-Market (GTM) efficiency.

• A qualified Accountant with a recognized professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CPA).

• Over 5 years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or investment banking; an additional 2 years in SaaS is advantageous.

• At least 1–2 years of direct experience managing or mentoring junior analysts.

• Comprehensive understanding of SaaS accounting standards (for instance, differentiating between CS as COGS versus Sales & Marketing as OpEx).

• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets with the ability to create complex, dynamic driver-based models from the ground up.

• Familiarity with FP&A architecture tools (like Anaplan, Planful, Adaptive Insights) and ERP systems (such as NetSuite).

• Knowledge of BI tools (Looker, Tableau) is highly preferred for exploring cloud infrastructure data.
