Finance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance the financial framework guiding the business strategy.

• Construct and uphold the complete P&L structure of the business strategy.

• Create methods for allocating costs across various traffic channels.

• Implement strong oversight of advertising budgets.

• Lead unit economics analysis by traffic source.

• Generate regular financial reports for the Head of Performance Marketing and the CFO.

• Ensure alignment between financial data and operational/marketing analytics.

• Plan the weekly and monthly budget needs.

• Provide financial insights ahead of campaign launches.

• Work in conjunction with the Finance Infrastructure Team to automate processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in finance, management accounting, FP&A, or financial controlling in performance-oriented, digital, or traffic-driven business settings.

• In-depth knowledge of traffic-driven business models.

• Demonstrated capability to function as a strategic finance business partner.

• Extensive expertise in management accounting.

• Proficient in unit economics analysis.

• Advanced skills in Excel and/or Google Sheets.

• Experience in budget management, plan vs. actual analysis, and financial reporting.

• Strong analytical capabilities, a high degree of autonomy, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced business environment.

• Proficiency in English and Russian (minimum Upper-Intermediate level, both written and spoken).
