This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Oversee financial planning, analysis, forecasting, and reporting functions for G&A activities.

• Assist in FP&A tasks for CMC and R&D operations.

• Manage substantial budgets to ensure cost-efficient operations and optimize financial outcomes.

• Aid in formulating financial strategies that align with clinical goals and support company expansion.

• Collaborate with Business Leaders and the Finance team to deliver financial insights that aid in decision-making.

• Work together on strategic projects and long-term planning for the department.

• Create and deliver financial reports, forecasts, and analyses.

• Assist with Quarter Close processes for CMC and Clinical Studies accrual.

• Guarantee precise and prompt accounting for all financial transactions.

• Ensure adherence to all applicable financial regulations and industry standards.

• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial strategies.

• Track financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying discrepancies and suggesting corrective measures.

• Provide financial modeling and scenario analysis to facilitate strategic decision-making.

• Leverage advanced technical and analytical skills to improve financial reporting and planning processes.

• Develop and sustain sophisticated financial models and reporting tools using Microsoft applications.

• Create clear, concise, and impactful presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint for senior management and business leaders.

• Promote ongoing enhancement of financial systems, reporting automation, and data integrity.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline; MBA or CPA is advantageous.

• A minimum of 4-6 years of financial experience, preferably within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical sectors.

• Proven experience in managing large budgets.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

• Familiarity with Adaptive Planning or similar FP&A/planning systems is a plus.

• Capability to work collaboratively across functions to achieve departmental objectives and align with corporate goals.

• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to influence and collaborate across all levels.

• Proficient in financial software and ERP systems.
