Finance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Overseeing financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting for all D2C channels.

• Taking full responsibility for unit economics, margin analysis, and optimizing profitability.

• Managing cash flow in a dynamic e-commerce landscape.

• Collaborating across functions with Marketing, Operations, and Product teams.

• Developing the financial infrastructure (models, tools, processes) necessary for our next growth phase.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, preferably within e-commerce, retail, or a rapidly growing startup.

• Excellent analytical capabilities with the skill to convert data into actionable business insights.

• Experience in close collaboration with commercial teams, particularly in marketing or growth.

• Strong grasp of D2C metrics such as CAC, LTV, contribution margin, and payback period.

• Comfortable functioning in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
