Finance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Oversee financial operations independently

• Conduct preliminary bookkeeping using DATEV

• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

• Prepare necessary documentation and tasks for tax submissions

• Collaborate with tax advisors for year-end financial closing

• Carry out financial analyses and provide actionable insights to management

• Direct budgeting and forecasting in partnership with the Chief of Staff

• Maintain internal controls and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements

• Assist with internal and external audit processes

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with German accounting standards and tax laws

• Strong skills in financial analysis and reporting

• Solid, verifiable experience with DATEV (preparatory bookkeeping in DATEV is mandatory)

• Familiarity with Salesforce is highly beneficial

• Analytical and structured mindset with a keen eye for detail

• Capability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

• Experience in financial controlling is advantageous

• Interest in emerging technologies and a dedication to ongoing learning

• Proactive, collaborative, and agile approach to work

• Proficient in both German and English
