Finance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Contribute to the internal financial reporting process, which includes preparing monthly management packs and performance updates for the leadership team.

• Assist in the creation of board-level financial documents that are clear, precise, and ready for decision-making.

• Aid in establishing and maintaining reporting frameworks that provide the business with a dependable view of its financial health.

• Participate in the annual budgeting process and ongoing forecasts.

• Develop and sustain financial models that support strategic and operational decision-making.

• Monitor performance against plans and highlight risks and opportunities.

• Gain an understanding of our AI compute cost structure, a fundamental component of our unit economics, and ensure its accurate reflection in models.

• Assist in the financial modeling of our revenue streams and aid in tracking the evolution of the business model.

• Collaborate with commercial and product teams to maintain revenue forecasts that are aligned with operational realities.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or management consulting.

• Proficient financial modeling skills: comfortable with building and utilizing structured models.

• Strong analytical capabilities coupled with excellent communication skills: adept at transforming data into clear narratives, and capable of simplifying complex concepts for any audience, both in writing and verbally.

• High standards for accuracy: attentive to details and skilled at identifying errors before they become issues.

• Eager to learn: asks insightful questions, seeks constructive feedback, and aspires to grow rapidly.

• Entrepreneurial mindset: enjoys tackling challenges, is comfortable with hands-on work, and thrives in dynamic environments where processes are still being developed.

• Some experience or a keen interest in business partnering: enjoys collaborating with non-financial colleagues, translating numbers into strategic decisions, and contributing to cross-functional discussions.

• Background in startup, scale-up, or consulting environments, ideally with a mix of experiences.
