This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

• Oversee the daily financial operations of the organization.

• Prepare, scrutinize, and present precise financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

• Supervise all facets of accounting, which includes accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.

• Ensure adherence to financial regulations, tax obligations, and company policies.

• Establish and monitor internal controls to protect the company's assets.

• Leverage QuickBooks for financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities.

• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of finance professionals to guarantee accuracy, efficiency, and growth.

• Collaborate with senior management to formulate financial strategies and assist in business decision-making.

• Track cash flow, manage budgets, and offer insights regarding financial performance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline (CPA/CA/ICB qualification is preferred).

• Demonstrable experience as a Finance Manager or in a senior finance position.

• Strong knowledge in the preparation and analysis of financial statements.

• Proficient in QuickBooks and the MS Office Suite (with a focus on Excel).

• Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing and motivating a finance team.
